Winston Wiley has been selected as the new Deputy Director of the CIA for Intelligence. The CIA has two major divisions, operations which gathers information and the intelligence division which evaluates it. Wiley had previously been Associate Deputy Director for Intelligence (i.e., the number two man in the intelligence division). His old job is now filled by Jami Miscik.--Stephen V Cole
