At the end of June, Israel secretly tested it's Jericho II ballistic missile. The Jericho has been in service since the early 1990s and undergoes constant upgrade. Currently, the missile has a range of 1,500 kilometers (with a half ton warhead.) Thus the Jericho II can nuke any Arab city in the Middle East. Israel also has a satellite launcher, the Shavit, that could easily be adapted for longer range (over 5,000 kilometer) delivery of nuclear weapons. Israel has a shorter range (500 kilometers) Jericho I missile. No estimates exist for how many of these missiles Israel has. A likely guess is a dozen each of Jericho Is and Jericho IIs.
