military problems outside of NATO.--Stephen V Cole

The US Marines grounded their Harrier attack jet fleet in July, saying that 105 of the 133 had problems in the engine bearings. It was the 27th such grounding in 10 years, most of which have been in the last three years. The aircraft are nearly worn out and the Marines are desperate for the Joint Strike Fighters that will replace them.--Stephen V
