Northrop Grumman and Boeing have agreed to share the Navy's upgrade contracts for F-18C/D aircraft. The first such contract ($1.3 million) will provide GPS receivers for 24 F-18C/Ds. Northrop Grumman is providing kits to convert existing F-14s to carry GBU-24 precision-guided bombs. --Stephen V Cole
